Randel has 20 years of political experience at local, national and European Union levels. Since 2017, he has focused on public affairs, advising both Estonian clients and major international corporations.
His strength lies in understanding and interpreting politics and the forces that shape it. An open-minded communicator, Randel understands business needs and objectives as well as political dynamics. This enables him to bring different stakeholders together and facilitate dialogue between them.
From 2021 to 2023, Randel chaired the supervisory board of Estonia’s State Forest Management Centre (RMK). In 2024, he worked with the e-Governance Academy as an external change management expert, supporting the Office of the President of Zimbabwe in developing the country’s digital government architecture.
Randel holds a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Tartu, specialising in change management, and graduated cum laude.
