Taavi has spent more than a decade behind the scenes of policymaking and has overseen numerous campaigns. He has served on the management board of Tallinn Television, headed Tallinn\u2019s City Centre district, advised politicians in Tallinn\u2019s city administration and the Estonian Parliament, and worked for many years as the Centre Party\u2019s press secretary. He was a member of Tallinn City Council in 2020\u20132021 and Surju Municipal Council in 2009\u20132017.<\/p>

Taavi\u2019s strength lies in recognising the connections between social and political developments, anticipating the changes they bring and understanding how public opinion takes shape. He enjoys resolving complex and sensitive issues and managing crisis communications. Above all, Taavi loves working with words, from short press releases to in-depth articles.<\/p>

Taavi holds a master\u2019s degree in social sciences from Tallinn University of Technology, specialising in public administration, management and innovation.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
