local, national and European Union levels. Since 2017, he has focused on public affairs, advising both Estonian clients and major international corporations.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">His strength lies in understanding and interpreting politics and the forces that shape it. An open-minded communicator, Randel understands business needs and objectives as well as political dynamics. This enables him to bring different stakeholders together and facilitate dialogue between them.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">From 2021 to 2023, Randel chaired the supervisory board of Estonia\u2019s State Forest Management Centre (RMK).
